Welcome to the Nordstrom Network! We’re unlike any real estate team around! First, there’s a near 100% chance that you were referred to this website by a friend or family member (vs. “googling” us). That’s because we work Exclusively by Referral. And, we’re very passionate about what we do. That’s why you’ll see e-mails from us to one another as early as 7am (unheard of in Miami Beach, unless you’re just coming home, of course!)
Serving South Florida since 1995, meet the team that will be serving you and your referrals: Todd Nordstrom (NN President and Team Leader), Julian Fernandez (NN Sales Specialist), and Sean Sassoon (Broker Associate). Each of us emerged from the corporate world and brought the best of that world with us. Our mission is to build relationships and serve our customers in such a way that they become a part of our “Network” and refer their friends, family and co-workers to us so that we can take good care of them, too!

Geographically, we personally service the eastern region of Miami-Dade county and parts of Broward county as well.
Miami-Dade county cities include Miami Beach (from South Beach to North Beach), Miami (including the neighborhoods of downtown, Wynwood, Design District, Bayside, Belle Meade, Morningside, Brickell, Coconut Grove, the Roads, Shenandoah, and the Miami River), El Portal, Aventura, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, Surfside, Bal Harbor, Bay Harbor Islands, Golden Beach, North Bay Village, Coral Gables, Fisher Island, and Key Biscayne.
Broward county cities include Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale, and Hollywood.

Meet the Team!
S. Todd Nordstrom, P.A. Todd began his real estate career in Miami in January 1995. Previously a systems analyst for Exxon, he was transferred from Houston to Miami in May of 1992. After a couple of years of visiting every new development sales office and reading every real estate article the Miami Herald published, Todd began pursuing his real estate license. After a short period of being systems analyst “by day” and real estate student “by night,” Todd earned his real estate license and traded his corporate title for the more personally fulfilling and exciting world of real estate. A couple of years of macaroni & cheese dinners later, Todd’s ability to help Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs began to pay off. Soon, he hired an assistant and eventually formed the team that would become the Nordstrom Network. Today, Todd has formed a network of satisfied customers, preferred vendors, and professional Realtors whom all work together to fulfill our passion of customer satisfaction.
As for the “formal stuff,” Todd’s a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and was employed by Exxon for over 8 years, where he excelled in several roles. In addition to his Florida Real Estate License, Todd’s strong belief in personal growth and continuing education keeps him investing in extensive professional development for himself and the team. He currently serves as the Regional Leader for Florida for the country’s largest real estate coaching company. He consistently ranks in the top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors nationwide in sales volume.
Recently, Todd’s been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America, TLC’s “The Grass is Greener,” Florida Realtor magazine and interviewed by various publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel.
Julian Fernandez As a native of Miami, Julian is familiar with the ins and outs of Miami’s diverse neighborhoods. As a member of the Nordstrom Network since 2015, Julian is a Sales Specialist and oversees the company’s Rental Department. He’s always smiling and is a big fan of UM Football and the Green Bay Packers.
Juan Diego Enciso was raised in North Carolina and is a native of Colombia. In 2014 he relocated to Miami for work with Royal Bank of Canada and later J.P. Morgan. He has always maintained a passion for real estate, finally deciding to obtain his real estate license in 2016 while continuing his corporate career. In his free time, JD enjoys exploring new local hotspots and resides just steps away from The Design District in Miami.
